For a clean and hygienic environment:

1. Please place your rubbish into proper rubbish bins whether at home or at public places.
2. Dispose of rubbish in a proper manner. Place household rubbish in plastic garbage bags and tie them neatly before placing them in the bins. Do not leave the garbage bags outiside the bins.
3. Always secure the lid of the bins tightly after placing the garbage bag inside the bins.
