Taman Botani is located on the Northern section of Presint 1. It has been designed as an Arcadia or a national sanctuary for the Malaysian living collection of plant taxonomy as well as a centre for education and research.

Taman Putra Perdana is located at the highest point in Presint 1. It is surrounded by Persiaran Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah and acts as an intermediator between the natural domains to the North and the Government and Commercial domains to the South and East. The park is among the best place to enjoy a panoramic view of Putrajaya.

Taman Rimba Alam straddles Presints 14 and 15 on the Eastern section of Putrajaya. The park is bordered by the Diplomatic Enclave and the residential developments of Presints 14 and 15. Taman Rimba Alam is conceptualised as a showcase of urban forestry combining a sustainable tropical forest ecosystem with a metropolitan recreational park.

Taman Selatan is situated within Presint 20 on the southern boundary of Putrajaya. It has been developed as the green gateway from the south of Putrajaya incorporating cemeteries for Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus and Christians.

Taman Warisan Pertanian is located within the southern part of Presint 16 of the Putrajaya development. The park is designed to showcase Malaysia's commercial agricultural development through the centuries.
